Return Policy and Shipping

RISK OF LOSS: Identification of the goods to the contract, risk of loss, damage to and title to Products shall pass upon delivery thereof to Purchaser ‘or points of delivery designated by Supplier as provided in these Terms. Upon receipt of shipment, it shall be the responsibility of Purchaser or the consignee receiving shipment to immediately inspect the products and check materials and secure written acknowledgement from delivering carrier for any shortages, loss or damage. Notification of such shortages, loss or damage must be made in writing to AlienCase.com within two business days. Concealed shortages must also be reported within two business days and original shipping carton must be kept intact.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS: AlienCase.com Products: All requests for return must have an approved Return Authorization Number available through the Sale Department. All approved returns will be handled via exchange for equal product. Unapproved returns become property of AlienCase.com and will not be returned. AlienCase.com reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product. No credits or refunds will be given. Discontinued or used products are sold “As Is” with no warranty and under no circumstance returnable. Faceplates have a 30 day warranty. Car kits, installed equipment and software must be returned to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement.

OEM OR BRANDED PRODUCTS: All requests for return must have an approved Return Authorization Number. Returned goods are then sent to the appropriate manufacturer for evaluation. If product is found defective, new product is exchanged. If product is found not defective or outside the warranty period, no credit will be given and the parts will be destroyed.

RETURN OF NEW PRODUCT: Returns will only be accepted in the case of an incorrect shipment by AlienCase.com We will not authorize the return of new product or over-stocked items. If, however, AlienCase.com in its sole and exclusive discretion, decides to accept such a return, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs that were incurred by MLC. No refunds will be given under any condition.

SHIPPING:

We are shipping to all 50 states

FREE SHIPPING (US First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight of package) is not valid outside the 50 states. Other shipping options (Priority Mail, FedEX & UPS Ground) are also available at additional cost.

7-10 business days average delivery. Free Shipping is not valid outside the 50 contiguous states.There is no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.

In most cases, your order will be shipped within 24hrs after your order is placed completely. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next Monday. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, Delivery Time is estimated to be: processing time + shipping time.
In some instances, there may be unexpected delays on the process of the shipment (mainly because of back-orders). If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Also, you will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail will be provided with tracking information. 

 

This free shipping offer is only good for limited time and may be stopped at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.

 

On average, credit card orders are shipped the within 24 hours, following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.
